Triphala Churna Water (Triphala Jala)
A gentle, overnight cold infusion of Triphala powder designed to support daily digestive health and systemic rejuvenation.
Triphala Churna Water is a foundational Ayurvedic preparation, serving as a gentle, daily tonic for digestive health and systemic balance. By soaking the three fruits—Amalaka, Haritaki, and Bibhitaka—overnight, the water becomes infused with their subtle properties, facilitating a mild, non-habit-forming support for regular elimination and metabolic function. This preparation is highly regarded for its ability to pacify all three doshas when used appropriately, acting as a mild rasayana (rejuvenator) that supports the body's natural cleansing processes. In the Ayurvedic tradition, this infusion is often consumed upon waking to help clear the digestive tract and prepare the system for the day ahead. Because it is prepared as a cold infusion (hima), it retains the cooling, soothing qualities of the herbs, making it an excellent choice for those seeking to maintain digestive harmony without the intensity of stronger purgative preparations.
